You can add a bench press cylinder and double the resistance of the
bench press exercises. You can add the cylinder to the top bench
press function and/or the bottom bench press function. The one shown
here has been added to the top. This effectively doubles the press
resistance. Mounting an additional cylinder on the bottom would double
the pull down resistance.
