Circuit TrainingDesign your own circuit training sequence that suits your goals and needs. If your goal is weight loss you should alternate between a resistance exercise and the seated row exercise (cardio exercise) with little or no rest in between. If you purchased the optional ministepper, include that as one of your exercises in the circuit. Design a new exercise to suit your particular needs. After trying a few of these you'll be familiar with the resistance adjustments and how they can completely change the focus on particular muscle groups. |
